      Development Sites take the matter of safety for it's personnel and associates very seriously; however, within the factory environment hard hats and cumbersome PPE wear normally required for on-site activities can be exchanged for manageable PPE wear. Plant and equipment are also operated under strict factory floor conditions where the operation and even surfaces are more controllable.
    This process ensures that the operatives and craftsman have complete confidence in their working environment. In fact we feel and can prove that the risk of a potential accident or incident is considerably reduced.
